Entrance Requirements
Individuals 18 years of age or older, and having the equivalent of a high school diploma.
Enrollment Dates
Enrollment dates will be
two week before the class start date.
Legal Holidays
All legal holidays shall be observed, and on those days no classes will be scheduled.
Attendance Policy
Students must attend all classes. Missed classroom time may be made up, but only with the consent of the instructor. Poor attendance will result in no credit for the course.
Progress Standards
Students must maintain satisfactory progress while in training.
Intermediate quizzes and a final exam (with a passing grade of 70%) will be
given to ensure comprehension. Records of exams and certificates will be kept
on file at the Training center facility.
Disciplinary Policy
NPI reserves the right to dismiss students for violence, misuse of
equipment and/or improper conduct. The option for dismissal and reinstatement
shall be determined by the NPI Director.
Student Grievance Policy
Students aggrieved by actions of the school should attempt to resolve these problems with the Instructor/Director.
Course Certificates
Students successfully completing an NPI course shall receive a
Certificate of Training indicating the course name, student’s name, training
contact hours, or continuing education units, instructor’s name, and the date
of the course.
Course Outline
Each course shall have an outlined body of knowledge for each section of training.
Payment Policy
Tuition is payable two weeks prior to the first day of the course. Fees include handout materials, course tests, and course certificates. Purchase Orders may be accepted, but only with prior approval.
Cancellation Notice
If our Quality Training Center cancels a course, at least five days notice will be given and a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Students may cancel enrollment up to 7 days prior to entering classes and
receive a full refund, provided written notice is given to the Quality Training
Center. A student shall receive a 50% refund if a cancellation notice is
received between 7 days prior to entering class and the class start date. No
refunds are given for students who have started classes.
